FAQ’s
How are bookings made?
Your booking is made directly via this page. Multiple bookings can be made at once by selecting quantity at checkout, or the link can be forwarded to your friends to make their bookings separately
Can we add group members to our itinerary at a later date?
Activities are priced with early bird rates that increase as the summer gets closer. Bookings also do fill up. However, if there is a last minite addition to your geoup, be sure to let us know and we will check availability and update your page with an option for them to add on
How are remaining payments made?
Remaining payments are usually made in cash on arrival to your activities. The easiest way to organise this is to bring some envelopes, collect everyone’s remaining payments at the start of the holiday keep the envelopes in your safe, write the activity in each one and simply hand over on checkin to each activity for a swift start to things.
Some activities may require payment cleared prior to arrival. You travel planner will help check and update you on what’s required for your specific itinerary
Can bookings be cancelled?
Deposits are divvied out to your activities and the terms agreed are that date changes can usually be arranged. Travel insurance is recommended if you think you may not be able to attend at all, however we can push your group to the following year in most situations if needed.
