I've set every pickup 45 minutes before your event starts. On the double nights, the journey between the two venues is timed to when the first event finishes, not when the second one starts, so you're not being collected while you're still inside.

6:00am UNVRS → Hotel Galera
📅 Thursday 30 July — O Beach Music (1:00pm – 11:00pm), then Solid Grooves at DC-10 (11:00pm – 6:00am)
12:15pm Hotel Galera → Ocean Beach
9:30pm Ocean Beach → Hotel Galera
10:15pm Hotel Galera → DC-10
6:00am DC-10 → Hotel Galera
I've pulled you out of O Beach at 9:30pm rather than 11pm so you've got time to get back, change and reset before DC-10. Tell me if you'd rather stay to the end and go straight there.

11:00pm Ushuaïa → Pacha
6:00am Pacha → Hotel Galera
Ushuaïa finishes and the bus takes you straight to Pacha. No taxi rank, no waiting, no splitting up.

2 to 3 hours of unlimited drinks at your chosen venue, before you head out for the night.
A single drink in an Ibiza club is €20 to €25. Ten of you buying rounds for three hours will cost more than this does.

Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza Town, or San Antonio. Bossa is closest to Hotel Galera.
What's included
Beer, wine, sangria, spirit mixers and selected cocktails, depending on the venue. It is genuinely unlimited within your time slot.
Which nights fit
Your Friday and Sunday pickups are at 4:15pm for Ushuaïa, so there isn't room for an open bar first on those. Wednesday and Thursday work well — you're not leaving until around 10:15pm, so there's an easy 3 hour window either night.
2 passes for 10 people: £890 — one on the Wednesday, one on the Thursday.

- 📍 Please be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time for each journey — the driver waits 15 minutes
- 🗓️ Saturday 1 August is currently free in your plans. If you want to add anything, tell me and I'll build it in
- ⏳ Transfers require full payment 48 hours before pickup. The driver's time and slot are held for you and can't be offered to other paying customers.

How are bookings made?
Your booking is made directly via this page. Multiple bookings can be made at once by selecting quantity at checkout, or the link can be forwarded to your friends to make their bookings separately
Can we add group members to our itinerary at a later date?
Activities are priced with early bird rates that increase as the summer gets closer. Bookings also do fill up. However, if there is a last minite addition to your geoup, be sure to let us know and we will check availability and update your page with an option for them to add on
How are remaining payments made?
Remaining payments are usually made in cash on arrival to your activities. The easiest way to organise this is to bring some envelopes, collect everyone’s remaining payments at the start of the holiday keep the envelopes in your safe, write the activity in each one and simply hand over on checkin to each activity for a swift start to things.
Some activities may require payment cleared prior to arrival. You travel planner will help check and update you on what’s required for your specific itinerary
Can bookings be cancelled?
Deposits are divvied out to your activities and the terms agreed are that date changes can usually be arranged. Travel insurance is recommended if you think you may not be able to attend at all, however we can push your group to the following year in most situations if needed.
